LOOKOUT

Lookout is a large retro roadside motel room on the second floor. It features a hybrid king mattress, a larger bathroom with a step-in shower, and access to the semi-private 2nd floor balcony. A Smart TV, mini fridge, microwave, and Keurig coffee machine provide the essential modern conveniences for your beach getaway! We provide 2 beach chairs, bath & pool towels, Beekman 1802 toiletries, a hair dryer, iron and board, daily housekeeping service, reserved parking, and Wi-Fi.

Lookout is accessible by stairs only.

GULF VIEW

The Gulf View Suite is a large retro roadside motel room on the second floor, with a spectacular view of the Gulf. It features a hybrid king mattress, dresser, comfy couch, coffee table, and table with two chairs. The larger bathroom has a vanity sink and step-in shower. The Suite includes access to the semi-private 2nd floor balcony.

A Smart TV, mini fridge, microwave, and Keurig coffee machine provide the essential modern conveniences for your beach get-away! We provide 2 beach chairs, bath & pool towels, Beekman 1802 toiletries, a hair dryer, iron and board, daily housekeeping service, reserved parking, and Wi-Fi.

Gulf View Suite is accessible by stairs only.

KING ROOM 3

Room #3 is a large retro roadside motel room featuring a hybrid king mattress and a comfy sofa. The bathroom is outfitted with a vanity sink and a recently refinished shower stall with a rainfall shower head.

A Smart TV, mini fridge, microwave, and Keurig coffee machine provide the essential modern conveniences for your beach get-away! We provide 2 beach chairs, bath & pool towels, Beekman 1802 toiletries, a hair dryer, iron and board, daily housekeeping service, reserved parking, and Wi-Fi.

KING ROOM 4

Room #4 is a large retro roadside motel room featuring a hybrid king mattress and a comfy sofa. The bathroom is outfitted with a vanity sink and a recently refinished shower stall with a rainfall shower head.

We acknowledge Sunset Inn & Cottages was built upon First Nations ancestral land of the Seminole, Tocobaga, Miccosukee, and Mascogo communities. 

As settlers on their indigenous homeland,  we have a duty to recognize them as the original stewards of Treasure Island and beyond.

 

It is our hope that this land acknowledgment will help empower their voices and inspire others in the community to pursue a stronger, more inclusive, and equitable future for our country.
