Some gatherings need more than a cabana. Sunset Inn & Cabanas is a small adults-only property by design: four guest rooms, four poolside cabanas and one heated pool, steps from the sand on Sunset Beach. That makes it easy to take over for a reunion, a team day, a milestone birthday or a wedding reception. There are two ways to book it, and every group is quoted directly by our team.

A Full Buyout works well for family reunions, milestone birthdays, anniversaries, friend trips, bachelor and bachelorette weekends, wedding receptions and rehearsal drinks. With all four guest rooms, cabanas and the pool exclusively for your group, everyone can celebrate together, stay the night and come back for a day-after pool recovery.

A Cabana Buyout is an easy option for company parties, team offsites, client days, end-of-year celebrations and get-togethers with friends. You’ll have all four cabanas for the day, with WiFi throughout, a Smart TV in every cabana and plenty of room to break off, regroup or simply spend the day by the pool.
HOW GROUP EVENTS WORK
Groups book directly with our team, not online. Tell us your date, headcount and plans, and we'll come back with availability and a quote.
Music ends at 8pm, and guests who aren't staying overnight leave by 9pm, along with any vendors. Bring your own food and drink, with no corkage and no cleaning fee.
Outside caterers, photographers, florists and DJs are welcome, and each one needs a certificate of insurance, which we'll explain with your contract. Planning something midweek or outside high season? Ask us, because other arrangements for the pool and cabanas are possible.
We are adults-only, 21 and over, for every guest in your party.
